zBrush Smooth brush

Hey guys,

This may sound stupid but I'm trying to make the Smooth Stronger be the default smooth brush when I press Shift...without success :poly124: So...I need some help.

Lower your sub-d level then try again.

I know that when you smooth on a lower subdivision it smooths more

I'm talking about the "Smooth Stronger" brush itself. I want it to be the default smooth brush when I press SHIFT, so I won't have to go into my brushes and select it each time I open ZBrush.

If all else fails and it doesn't save with your config, you could always try running a macro at startup (http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?79709-Setting-up-a-macro-to-run-on-startup)

I personally deleted the normal smooth and replaced it with stronger. And if you use a tablet play with preferences>tablet Z intensity (go lower) will help you get ebven stronger results quicker.

I tried deleting the normal one and replacing, but couldn't find it in the files...where is it?

Just tried the macro script, it didn't work as planned, I'm still using it for something else! if I want it to run smooth stronger by itself there has to be a model loaded up already or it won't take the smooth brush change ion effect.

So I'll go on the hunt for the smooth normal file!
