I am a huge Diablo 3 fan and play a lot. Here is a bit of Diablo 3 inspired art. Took about 2 weeks. First Personal environment art I've done in a while, really happy with the way it turned out. Rendered in Marmoset.
Here is a model sheet.
And the texture sheet.

Awesome awesomejob !
The textures all read as the same material. I would push the highlights tighter and more on the metals. Add some bounce color. All the texture are rather monotone at the moment.
The snow needs more contrast and some spots of highlights pulling through.
Some of the values are off on things (alter grey metal blend in with the wall, etc). I would separate the values a bit more.
Add more drop shadow on the pillars under the tusks and underneath the bell.
*edit*
Quick Paint over gif.
It's mostly tweaking some bits and pieces to push it a bit more.
Will watch this!
Yeah looking at Gannon's paint over the occlusion really adds to the piece and helps the viewers eye up the steps to the centre piece.
I love hand painted stuff.
Looking at the paintover by Gannon, I would not hue-shift to a warm color like brown. After all it seems to be snowy cold there, so I'd shift to something cooler, turquoise maybe?
Other than that I like it a whole lot. Keep it up!
Regards,
some
*edit: changed the opacity of the turqoise color in my paintover to be a bit stronger.
Maybe add some orange/red near the flame ? At the moment the side of the stairs doesn't seem to benefit from the light source, but maybe it is just me
