At the moment, your textures are pretty noisy. It makes it difficult to distinguish between the materials in your scene. Think more about how each object will wear. For example, the gas pumps will receive less exposure from the sun/rain than the car in the open.

If I were you I'd clean up the asphalt/rock texture beneath the gas station and make it look a little less noisy and smoother. Kind of takes away the viewers attention from the subject matter. IF this is just a temporary terrain texture then disregard what I just said...
All in all it looks good though! Keep it up, and might I ask what it's for?
Hey Ninjin, well I was going to keep the floor but as time went on I am not liking it as much as when I started so I am sure it will be replaced. This will be for my last project this summer at school. I started it this spring for video game art III and will take it into portfolio This summer. I was going for more of the Fallout look and feel.
