ZBrush - QRemesher guides problem

QRemesher guides don't affect my topology at all. I followed every step from Pixologic video about QRemesher.

making same actions with same settings on my friend's PC

I tried to reset Zbrush settings to default reinstalling it but nothing helps.
Changing curves stiffness and other qremesher settings doesn't help too.
I have no idea how to fix this issue

Last time I saw this, the cause seemed to be that the person was using Windows XP.
Though in your picture, it looks like you're using standard curves rather than the QRemeshGuide brush. Does yours always draw gray instead of yellow?

It's gray because i pressed Shift when i was making this screenshot.
And yes, i'm using Windows XP. Seems that it causes this problem. Are there any ways to fix it without changing my OS?

Not that I'm aware of. XP was dropped as a supported OS a year or two ago.
