Hologram Shader

Pretty new to this and not exactly sure what to call what im looking for exactly, but I'm working on a short film and would like to try and create something similar to this
I've got Vray, but im just not too sure how to go about creating a shader that has texture and transparency. Does anyone have any articles or tutorials or info that they could share with me on this?
