The Joker interrogation animation

Hola!

I've been working on a schoolproject for a while about comparing animated characters with non-animated and how they are perceived in their different states. This is a clip from the the Joker interrogation scene in The Dark Knight.

All feedback is welcome, including the quality of the animations and also how well it mirrors the original scene.

Thanx in advance!

Edit: I forgot to mention that I did not have the time or energy to make Batman look like Batman, so instead he looks like a German pornstar from the 70s.

    Hello!

Just want to preface this with me not being an animation buff, hopefully someone with more experience will give you critique.

To me it looks like some of your poses are there, but theres no pop to each one. It almost looks like all your animation splines are clamped and every keyframe is really smoothly interpolating to the next. Try to look at the reference video again, i think you need to look at speeding up the transitions to each major pose, but try to hold the poses a little bit longer.

For example the tongue flick is too slow i feel, looking at the real video clip its really quick. I think you'd be surprised how much just a couple frames can communicate. Also the "kill you" part with the lips seems either too slow or too late. One thing that i think is working pretty well is his laughing expression, i think you got that pretty good.

Anywho, good start keep up on it.
