Hi Everyone,
Been a long time lurker here and I'm just amazed on how talented everyone here is. I've studied video game design 3 years ago but unfortunately did not go well... So I decided to learn Zbrush on my own a year ago by watching videos everywhere i can find. So thanks to all of them who uploads videos for free and everyone here at polycount who inspires me to do my best everyday
'nuff rant now

I'm just getting into ZBrush and wondering how long it would take you to do some of your pieces? I know thats a bit ambigous but maybe say an average for a character bust / full body + weapon / prop etc?
wow thanks man, anyways now that i have experience, what took me a day before now usually takes 5-6 hours(finished not polypaint though... im still learning hehe)
now for concepting with concept art/any reference takes me 30 mins to an hour
without ref takes 2-3 hours ( so its ok to cheat, find as many reference as possible it'll save you a lot of VALUABLE time )
for the weapons and prop learn shadow box + dynamesh
i would also recommend eat3d videos on zbrush. also look for zbro's channel on youtube for inspiration, thats where i get mine
