The images are very large and easily accessible, that's good. I like the videos also.
The only thing I might change is that you have to click on the 'Contact' tab to see your e-mail. You should consider working your e-mail into the title bar at the top.
I'd agree with Kyuzo about removing the home page, or making it more useful by providing information and links to each of the main sections, not merely the environments.
In the video for the orcish drums, you have some odd popping on the flag as is animates. It looks almost like a two-sided object without back-face culling enabled. Several of the textures - most notably the flag and the drum skins - have the shadows baked into the diffuse; remove these and let the normal map produce the proper shading.
The starlit street is a bit misleading - it's a rather brightly lit city night scene, and the stars would be barely visible over the artificial lights. The lines on the street seem to have a serious case of the jaggies, and they don't really look like lines painted on asphalt. You should tone-down the lighting a bit, to give distinct pools of darkness.
The rock-lobber has some structural problems. The rock counterweight will hit the platform well before the spoon reaches its apex, and it is also wider than the supports. The handle is far too long for it to go through more than a bit over 180 degrees; I'd raise the handle and its cylinder a bit, and make the handle removable, to be placed into different holes in the shaft as it is turned. Take a look at actual trebuchets to get an idea of how the various pieces work.
The bends in the mansion's textures look more like a poorly applied texture than like physical warps. The lines between the boards look much too prominent and thick. I can't tell what the pieces of wood at the bottom of the columns are supposed to be.

First feeling after opening your portfolio: "ouch, here are only one?".
