Hey guys, fairly new to CryEngine, and modelling/texturing in general (few months experience), most of my in-engine experience has been with UDK, far more comfortable with that platform.
anyway, Ive been struggling getting normal maps to act correctly in Cryengine, and ive spent hours fiddling around trying to get it right, Ive had this problem before but managed to sort it somehow, pictures will probably speak for themselves -
Render in Marmoset (Just Normal map and Baked Occlusion from HP)
In Cryengine (Same Maps)
as you can see its looking pretty ugly in Cryengine, Ive tried flipping the green channel and it makes it worse
If anyone has any experience with this help would be
greatly appreciated
cheers

Yeh, not too worried about the shadow map artifacts, its more clear on the second picture where the normal map seems inverted
