Eyo, I'm trying to make my mesh follow a path and keep its original alignment, right now with the PathDeform Modifier it makes those uncontrollable twists which I wish to avoid, any ideas on how I could accomplish this? //Path seen bellow

I've encountered a problem once again, now it does this 90 degree rotation on the far right side, just after the loop/helix, and then it corrects itself after the other swirl/helix ... How do I correct this?
Also, it's a mesh applied to a spline with the use of the PathDeform modifier(3dsMax).
