What program can I use to check my in-game GPU VRAM usage and temperatures?

The only ones I found seem to be for overclock tweaking but not really in-game monitoring.

If you have two monitors, you could get a desktop widget for the second one versus being in game.

Will MSI Afterburner or EVGA precision do this "in-game"? I can't tell from reading their websites.....
