Anywho, here's the finished SKP model of the sentry and a fitting wall- going for an advanced WWI theme with these. I like to use Sketchup for rapid prototyping hard surface stuff to play around with it before I bring it back into photoshop and paint it up.

Attempting to design a helicopter of a similar era to the turret, I don't think the turboshafts are helping me much.
Some thumbnails of SMG/pistol designs. I decided I don't want to jump too far ahead of myself in this little project, I'd rather have loads of stylistically consistent grey scale designs than 3 fully painted ones.
Wanted to start out the day with a *little* less guns.... Cosmonaut fashion instead
