proportions, u need to fix that a lot. i can see your going in the right direction and the overall sculpting is not bad, but i suggest overlaying some male anatomy over this and go from there.
He is rather wide and short, coming in at around 6-1/2 heads tall.
I also can't tell what kind of monk you are going for - he's in vaguely Asian clothing, but with very Western features (Teutonic, if I had to guess a tribe). Very few actual monks would have been as well-developed as he is. Monks tended to be either thin or corpulent (depending upon their piety and faction); even the various warrior monks (shaolin or templars, for example) were rarely 'ripped'.
