Hey everyone, I'm wondering if anyone can help me out with this little issue?
I've created some trees and now I'm trying to use render to texture with projection mapping to create an image of the tree to be put on a plane, so that I can have the trees in the background of a scene without using a ridiculous amount of polys.
Trouble is when I'm coming to render it out, the transparency isn't working. I have no clue why as it worked fine when I was using it to create the leaves. I've attached a picture of what the tree looks like in the viewport (as you can see the leaves have transparency) and also what the render looks like.
Thank you to anyone who can help as this is a major pain in the backside right now!

The issue with that is when I render out an Alpha map I get the same issue, it just renders out flat planes. Some awful Photoshop job might be in order here...
