Bishobola : if you use 3dmax , you can go into the unit setup: and just make 1 unit be smaller than 1 inch or someting. We had the same issue with the goat courier , that was twice the size:) and just modified the parameters in the "unit setup " menu

even if the courier is already rigged? also, every animation, or just the rigged base model?
yes , u practicly change the unit setup for the whole scene ; and yes for every file , or eles the bones will be bigger and the courier will look mallformed.:)
A last resort for your scale issue might be to take the .qc file generated from the in-game importer, add a $scale line to it, and compile everything manually outside of dota using that .qc file and your .smds.
Dig it, only comment would be that his upper back is a bit plain right now, some surface detail there would make it. What matcap are you using in the Storm Zbrush shot, looks really nice.
Easily the most difficult set to make, but not because it has intrincate geometry, or difficult textures, no... deadlines and corrupted max files... bad combitanion, didn't sleep in 2 days, also thanks to madshock for his patience.
Not to be blunt but that's sure one rushed loading screen right there. However, great work on the set. I would change that texture work on the stomach gem that it looks like an actual gem and not a red button.
Another thing, you use gold a lot lately! SS, Monkey courier, PL and Slardar all have have it. I know it is great and stuff and not asking to change them but something to consider for future sets? (even the WK set!)
After a while without posting anything, It's time to post something new, so bristleback set.. and a couple of new concepts and models in the making too!
Source 2 doesn't have an import option for ability icons yet I don't think. They'll be implemented sometime soon probably, they just added the ability to upload loading screens a few weeks ago.
