How do you make a stretching animation where your mesh is going to be stretched like the elastic fantastic four guy? What's the secret?
Our key-character Jelly Kid. Just braining around how to accomplish his abilities with his hair to make it look good. A separate mesh for the hair?

If you want to do it the "proper" way you would probably make use of blend shapes/morph targets.
Since it is just for the hair thingies, using blend shapes should not be too hard as there only will be 1 aditional shape.
