[PAID] Head model needed

Hey folks,
I'm a student looking for a 3D model artist wanting to model a 3D version of my own face/head. I will provide you with pictures of my head from 3 angles (more if needed) and hope you can come up with a pretty close representation of my face in 3D.
Specifications:
- NO texture or even colors. All grayscale.
- As long as we see a close similarity with my facial traits, the model can be low-poly. In terms of level of precision/details, I was looking for something only slightly better than this: http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/3d-polygonal-male-head/293761 - where the model was originally low-poly and then turbosmoothed.
- The hair can be "plain" with the appropriate curves in it (I style my hair with gel), a bit like Astro: http://i.imgur.com/ZE9UCnG.jpg
- The inside of the model (what we don't see) has to be empty.
- Since there will be no texture, I'd like the pupils to be a shape, slightly extruded from the eye. Same for eyebrows. (I hope I'm wording this correctly.)
- No teeth/tongue. Mouth will be closed.
- I'd like the model to have a neck too, but it can be quick and dirty.
I have no budget for this at all, so the most I can offer is $50 for the gig.
