    Btw, is there a reason why you didn't render the character with the textures & shaders that you show at the beginning of the video?

    Hi everybody, thanks a lot for all your replies !

    The reason why I didn't render the dancing character with the textures & shaders was basically to concentrate more on watching the mesh deformations during the cloth simulation... I made the choice there to render the animation with a real simple color, because I felt it would be more confortable to see how the simulation applies to an animated mesh, with collisions involved. That's what I felt I'd like to do with this piece; Instead of adding textures and colors that would "hide" (a little) the magic...

    I'm sure there are a lot of better solutions to present that type of work, and as we're all in a constant learning process I'm sure we will continue this conversation further :)

    Unfortunately, I'm working on way to much projects right now to be able to come again with an other version of this... I hope it's okay, but yeah I agree, choices are hard ;)
