"Shrink Wrap" options in 3Ds Max

I am looking for alternative shrink wrapping scripts in 3Dsmax. I have used the one included in TiMs collection (the real "Shrink Wrap") as well as the one included in WrapIt. I was wondering if anyone else has ones that work well.

Also... if anyone knows a way to snap ALL verts of one mesh to the closest verts of another object I would love to hear about it. I am using Shrink Wrap now and then just snapping each vert by vert to the other mesh. Needless to say it's not very effective.

Have you checked out the Conform compound object?

IIRC Paul Hormis' script (TiM) did a better job, but it's been a while.

Interesting. I was looking for something native to Max but assumed that it would have been a modifier. Didn't thing to check in the creation menu.
