zBrush polypaint emissive effect?

Anyone knows if it's possible to do some kind of emissive/glow effect with just polypaint? I can't for the life of me find a way to do this.
I tried the Colorizeglow material. But that one only renders in Best mode, which means the Materials Blend-radius slider has no effect on it, so it looks like crap. BPR doesn't seem to recognize it.
