So (very) roughly, we're trying to tell the story of an adventurer that goes to pillage something important, that angers/wakes up a necromancer which then entails him getting chased down by her skeletal minions in the swamps. The details still have to be worked out, but that's the main idea.

So, I continued a few sketches, trying some stuff to add more depth and more movement. For the actual character design, we have yet to figure out what we want to do.

we didnt like #2 as much as you guys did, so we stuck with the running pose for the main character. we did rework the poses for better readability and dynamism in the shot though.
