Questionnaire: professional use of 3D Graphics

Im currently carrying out a research development project for University, in which Im investigating industries use of 3D graphics and I would be grateful if people could fill in the questionnaire. Im particularly interested in understanding the views of those who use 3D graphics in a professional capacity, but I would also appreciate feedback from those researching the use of 3D Graphics or any one with experience of using 3D graphics in business.
