Started to learn Blender and UDK to create my game. And i now in corner, can't understand how to make low poly character with hight resolution.
This is unfinished model for all characters:
Done this with subdivision surface.

I understant that if you want to make good resolution look you have to bake with hight poly for normal maps and add to low poly.
My struggle is can i export character with 1 subdivision surface (for UDK):

P.s. i know that you can export with alot polys, but what is the best option to have smooth runing game for all systems and how UDK handles it.

First you make hight poly model for good resolution normal and other maps.
Then on that you make low poly. Is this what you have to do? And if yes, what "they" mean making on...?
