My idea based on William Gibson Bridge trilogy . Everything is set in post-earthquake San-Francisco , Oakland Bay Bridge. After the traumatic shock of the earthquake, which destabilizes the bridge , a new technological system emerges. Nanotechnology-based tunnel that replaces the bridge . After some time , bridge becoming some sort of shanty town . Shanty town surrounded by shining hi-tech city and it is some sort of freedom\escape for some ppl.
