Im getting this annoying problem happening when Im painting and create a normal map from bump for this tileable texture. The whole texture turns black except one little section.
Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
what was used to create the bump map,
how the bump map looks on my model with less intensity,
the menu I use,
the settings for the normal,
and the result with a mostly black texture with a small patch that isn't black.
I've tried setting the coordinate space to world and object space and tried the compatibility to be maya/softimage which did not work.
EDIT: I should also note that the bump map is still active on the last picture. If I turn off the bump then only a few black dots which you can spot in the picture show up with the rest of the visible area looking very flat.
