Looks cool so far. One piece of advice though, you're doing the what I like to call: "plans a badass scene, starts with the high poly of a fire hydrant" syndrome.
Plan out your work, start out with a blockout of a scene, study your composition and try and get the ground work laid off to build on top of.

Seriously, though I'm really liking the stylization on characters and am really looking forward to see how it will translate to environments. Definitely keep it up, guys
I got jack almost ready, still need some minor tweaks though. The suitcase is a bomb at the moment, not sure if it will be as is in the final submission..
any ideas?

The hard edges are intentional.
Those are not LOD's, just screengrabs from different distances, as we are going for a top down game look.
