Don't know what's going on in my head but ... a robotic Indiana Jones running out the temple entrance with a ball of plated steel hot on his heels. I think this will really be a challenge for me so I'm looking to push myself here:

Been modeling my bot dude so here's the current WIP. I want to give him a whip and possibly a shoulder slung satchel as well but there's no point worry about that stuff until he's posed and in the scene.

Getting some tiling textures together for the walls and trims and such. In UDK, just normals and AO so far:



These were done entirely inside of Modo. Modeling, layout, sculpting and baking : 100% Modo awesomness!

Oh yes! It's a lot more powerful than it might appear at first glance. It's not ZBrush, don't get me wrong, but it ain't bad either!

I felt bad about the lack of updates so here's my change in direction ... just going to use low poly meshes instead of the tiling textures. I didn't like how they were looking.
