Hi! I made a "little" material to test the vertex painting features in UDK. Just want to share, for some feedback.Its for any tile type material. This is how it looks in instance.

As you can see there are many slots to customize.

A little translation, whats going on with this:
You can change the tiles color, and its have a second value, which is the "little dirtier" version of your tile, what you can vertexpaint. The dirt between the tiles are vertex paintable, and its height map based. And its have 2 color value too, to give a little freedom when you paint it. Also you can set the tiling on the tiles, and on the dirts detail normal,specular,etc.
