Oh makes sense, here I have been searching the net for a special technique to 'explode bake'
I would think the polygons on the Hi poly need to stay in the same place in order to bake to where the lox polys uv's are, correct?
and disturbing them would alter the bake and mess it up.

Its for 3ds max but the exploded bake process should be similar in other 3d software.

A real difference by seperating both the low poly objects and hi poly objects, still some artifacts though.
