why is this not a thing? why do i need to add the gloss map in the specular alpha?
Im using vTools with photoshop CS5 bound to a hotkey to easily export all my maps with just one button press, but (as far as i know) theres no per-map alpha support, so i cant save alphas (and therefore cannot use gloss in marmoset without completely wrecking my workflow).
in addition to that, at least for me when i save TGA's with alpha in CS5 they dont work in marmoset, so i have to use nvidias dds format to even get the alpha working manually (which is just ridiculous)
does anyone have any ideas how to help incorporate gloss in to my texture workflow in marmoset?

dDo also lets you put a map in another slot if you use that.
edit: just tried the 32bits/pixel option and that seems to have done the trick... thanks for the links to the scripts ive already spotted a few that might help
