Battlefield Heroes Tank [WIP]

Hey guys! Back again! This time I have something that I need help with. I would like to get your inputs/ideas on how to do this tank. I had modeled it off of the tank from Battlefield Heroes, and I am done modeling it. But I don't know How to paint it. I want to do it in a toony style, but I am not sure where to start with it. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
