Why do i eat so much ? im always hungry.

I graze food all day long, I try to drink a lot of water to keep my stomach full. As long as you are not eating carbs, it's not too big of a deal. I've been eating peanut butter and sunflower seeds lately.

Swap out the crap you eat with nuts, fruits, yoghurt, dried fruits or trail mix (what is that even? Crazy yankees). I did that when I was last working at a studio. Could still do it now, come to think of it...

Yes, my meals consist mostly of takeouts, KFC, and shitty pizza. This is new for me as i usually always ate fruits and vegetables. I sometimes order twice a day, can you blame me ?

Consider bringing in lunches. Wrap a potato (or sweet potato, preferably) in tinfoil, throw it in an oven for an hour, then take the skin off, throw it in a lunch box in the morning and microwave at work. Pepper or butter to taste. Handy.

Or spaghetti, bit of olive oil or cheese. Avoid ramen noodles. Stupid high in saturated badness.

Don't say anything about spaghetti, you dont know how much is needed to fulfill me, potatoes are super fattening, i know, i use butter like a soup.

Ramen noodles will serve only as a decoy to wait for the delivery boy to show up.

Aye I can easily demolish a lunch box full of spaghetti. Not great when it comes to the amount of carbs, but eh. I'm a lazy bastard when it comes to cooking. Throw some cheese on there and pretend it's more nutritious that way.

Try sweet potatoes. Much much better for you.

I'm usually pretty strict with what I eat......unless you happen to have some Cinnamon Toast Crunch, at which point I turn into a ravenous beast, inhaling cereal as fast as I can shovel it into my mouth. After the food-orgy I usually lay on the ground with my pants unbuttoned and softly whimper for an hour or so. I find it's best to just keep it out of the house.
