ZSpheres -----> Adaptive Skin Problems

For some strange reason, I keep getting this strange error in Zbrush. I checked for extra Zspheres and as far as I can tell, there are none. Anyone know what Im doing wrong? Ive made Adaptive Skins before and never had a problem.

if you havent had this problem before, just delete this one and redo it maybe?

It doesnt look like you have spent allot of time on it anyway so it shouldnt be that big of a deal.

Delete the Zsphere at the base and and pull a new one down. See if that helps.
