Callister's Game Art Girl project

Hey guys, I wanted to pose the process of a new game art character I'll be working on, making a civilian female character. I'd love any criticism or feedback you guys can throw at me, I'm open to new ideas. Thanks.

My brief summary of the characters so far is ;

A - Looks more like a bad-ass free runner.
B - Smart and trendy, probably has her wits about her.
C - Casual, much more homely and settled.
D - Grungy, doesn't really care what others think of her.
E - Punkish, probably won't take crap from anybody.

I personally like the first three the most. I think A and B in particular have a lot of potential. The thing on D's face is a little ambiguous.

I'm looking forward to seeing this project progress!
