Hi y'all,
I have a question about NDA's. (Not really artwork related, but somewhat related.:))
Some time ago I signed an NDA during my internship. During that internship I worked on an Augmented Reality app. It was a promotional project involving an airplane company. I left immediately after finishing it.
During my internship we also talked about Augmented Reality apps for architectural projects. Does this mean, considering the NDA, I can't work on Augmented Reality architectural projects for any other company or myself? I have no clue how broad these NDA's can be.
Regards,
Dani

Normally a NDA is exactly that, a Non-Disclosure Agreement, so basically you should be able to work on similar projects, you just can't disclose any information about the previous project.
But states like California don't recognize that at all and it can't be enforced.
Thank you both.
Give your NDA a look over.
EDIT: Derp fmnoor said it.
My teacher told me it can't be held up in court even though you signed it.
