If you guys are in the bay area check this event out, it's a 3 day thing Feb 8-10.

I went to their first one last year and it was pretty fun. I guess it's turning into a yearly thing now.
They have just about every old school arcade machine you can think of.
TVs hooked up with old consoles and little tournaments going on. The SNES Mario Kart and Bomberman tournament was fun as hell last year. I think they had a GoldenEye one going too but I missed out on that.
There's also live music playing all day. It's mostly chiptunes music which I'm not too crazy about but they do break it up a bit. Minibosses are playing who are killer, they play all the old school video game songs from like Castlevania, Metroid, Contra, MegaMan. Really sweet.
It's a lot of fun, would be cool to meet some of you down there too.
