Hey Guys!
I'm a currently studying at Gnomon School of VFX and I'll be posting here my progress for Character for Games class. So for this project I'll be modeling and texturing this character concept made by Yuo Tengara (tons of cool stuff in her blog!).

Ok, once I stablished the different objects for my character I started blocking the overall shape, then adding more polys to match the silhouette. The next step was take my objs to Zbrush and add some refinements.

Heyyyy dude, depending on how much you want to match the face + nature of the concept, you might want to tone down the definitions in the face + hands just a bit. The nose you sculpted is much shorter than that in the concept, and the lips on yours are thicker. The nasobial crease is a little overly defined, which even though it usually is in men, the guy in the concept is a bit feminine so you may want to soften it down a bit. Also the cheekbones in the concept are very high, maybe push yours up a bit. Sorry for the analness, just not sure how close you're trying to match the face.

Otherwise, looking awesome.

^ what she said. Some additional notes. And I would repose the hand a bit cause his pose is exactly the same as the pirate dude you did before. Put a different characteristic in the pose.

You might want to make his shoulder a bit broader too.
