Dishonored has a few female characters: The Empress, her daughter (Emily), Granny Rags, Callista, (Can't remember the name of the other lady that works with Callista?), Lady Boyle (masked), plus lesser characters such as the prostitutes, maids, servants etc.
If you're wanting to do a female dishonored character (Light game spoilers ahead):
You COULD do the never seem but mentioned female assassins - in a note from Daud he mentions the entirely female group of assassins that have similar powers to his group (So they've been visited by the outsider presumably). Since they're not shown you can go crazy within the art style.
Otherwise I'm sure you could add another masked guest to Lady Boyle's party.

Alot of people asking me when we are starting, we shall be going live this friday, and the first theme will be 'dishonored.' Im hoping early morning for us UK peeps. but you can probably start now if you want and wait til friday to post it in the thread that I will setup, nobody will know haha.
