We need an in-house general artist! It involves 2D art, minor UI, 3D modelling, texturing, rigging, and animating. It is for our game Guncraft (and a future sci-fi game), so you can get a good idea of what you'll be making by playing our game, which you can play at
www.exatogames.com/Guncraft. This position will offer something most major companies won't be able to give you, the freedom to create within a broad range of art categories. So join our awesome team and let's make some great games!
*Qualifications:
-Digital Art and Animation degree of some kind.
-Excellent in 3DS Max with the ability to generate importable, game-ready models (includes modeling, texturing, rigging, and animating), based on our spec.
-Excellent in Adobe Photoshop CS4 or higher.
-A creative imagination with the ability to come up with unique, original, and fun ideas for art and models is a must.
-Being an avid FPS and/or Minecraft fan is a plus. If you are a current Guncraft fan, that's an even bigger plus!
-A hard working, diligent attitude.
-The ability to work well with a small team.
-Willingness and motivation to learn unknown subjects quickly.
-Someone who has worked on an Xbox retail, XBLA, or XBLIG title is a plus.
*Application Instructions:
Contact us at
jobs@exatogames.com with your resume, portfolio, and gamertags (Xbox, Playstation, and/or Steam), with subject line: PolyCount Generalist Artist and we will get back to you.
Just an FYI, gamertags are to see what kind of games you play the most.
