Howdy guys hows it going,

I have posted a couple of times but never ran a wip thread. Normally i just spam game dev friends with renders for crit but i thought its a bout time i run a thread.

A bit about me i graduated a year and a half ago from a degree in videogames.... I still dont have a job and im very keen to find one!

Okay enough about me heres what im working on!

I found this awesome concept for a bridge for one of my favourite games Jak and Daxter :D

And here is my current progress, still blocking out and getting as much done in max before taking to zbrush for detailing

Any and all crit is welcome seriously destroy me if you feel it is necessary.

If anyone bothers to look at my folio feel free to crit that or give me a job lol :D... im a uk based artist btw

    can you give the fencing along the walkway of the bridge more natural shape/ right now they're just perfectly square pieces of wood, you could do that before zbrush for a few stumps and repeat it in the game engine.

    More powerful silhouette!

    The wood should be thicker at the bases and thinner in the middles.

    The ropes are way too thin too.

    Larger rocks too (half player size ones).

    Add in something to give a sense of scale too.

    Cool idea here. I'm a huge Jak fan. Anxious to see how this turns out.

    Looking good so far. It would be good to see it from other angles.From what I can see though the model doesn't seem to have as much tension as the concept. In the drawings things seem to be bent more. I think the vertical posts should also be a bit shorter.
