UDK -- Medical Bay Hallway

Hey guys, I am basically a beginner when it comes to 3D art, especially texturing, but I decided to do a full piece with all custom assets. This is a huge learning opportunity for me in making modular textures (and good textures at that). I am also going to be making real specular and normal maps this time (in the past I have simply used a normal map generator and de-saturated specular maps). So, I decided to try to make this scene by Aaron Foster (my version will be similar but probably not a perfect representation):

So far, I have modeled a couple props, and began work on the first modular texture. I am planning on trying to fit the whole scene on two 2048 textures (diff, normal, spec), and then maybe putting some small elements with emissives on a 512 texture.
