Hi,

This is my first thread in the forum and its about the wip of the project i working on for the Character Creation for games in Gnomon School of Visual Effects. This project is has to be done in 10 weeks time.

so we have to choose a concept and i choose the work done BaronImpposible, which is the one he did for the Dominance war v, named God of hmmmmmmmmmm. and this is the link to his website http://www.painterly.co.uk/v_gallery.php?g=1

btw- this might be a stupid question- how did u get the image to appear as part of the post and not as an attachment?

@Moran - you upload your image files on to an image hosting site like Photobucket. And when you write your post, you go to "insert image" then paste the link.

Jo! Silhouette is looking great. I think you nailed the volume of the character.

progresssing, so far i done the secondary details on the tentacles and also modeled the overall props.


this is sculpting process, lotsa tentacles!





all these keys are model in low and high poly.

now im pretty much done with details sculpt.

For a character so completely nuts to do, you totally have pulled this off. I love your attention to material detail in the head/hat-thinger area. I think you can still push the tentacles further though! This is freaking sweet man.
