having issues with lighting UDK

Hey been doing some practice with UDK, but I have encountered a problem, with my lighting, I think it has something to do with my light maps any help would be appreciated. Here is a screen shot of the issue,

Check the lightmap channel in UDK to make sure it imported correctly. I have seen a glitch where UVs that go right out to the edge of UV space on all sides get crunched into a single vertex. Also might want to make sure your normals are facing the right way and there are no overlapping UVs.

cam't be overlapping UV's because I am only using a plane, haha, but I think I have fix the issue by extruding the plane, haven't been having more is since I done that.

Try giving your lightmap some padding on the edges, I recall this problem being fixed by that.
