congrats of being given the most ridiculous face in the world to sculpt. good luck.
if possible, create scaled front/side images and get your base mesh to scale

I know, he's so odd looking..
Any criticisms or feedback would be appreciated anything I've done that could be changed?
Ahh so this is the University Art test. Doing the animation one myself. But will keep an eye on this will be really interesting to see how you sculpt up his hair :P

Not sure if you saw my update!
Yeh not looking forward to his hair haha.
Goodluck - who are you by the way, never knew anyone else who uses polycount!
Hi, It's looking good so far. I did a a super crappy paint over for ya :P
It doesn't help much to make him look like Will Ferrell, but I wanted to exaggerate the shapes of the major landmarks you happen to be missing. It's better to get those in place and then make adjustments to them to form a likeness.
Here's a list of landmarks I added/changed.
- Moved cheekbones up (you can sculpt/build up fatty tissue after the fact) The widest point of the face is the zygomatic arch. Be sure to get that in there.
- Typically the corners of the mouth extend to line up with the middle of the eye.
- The top of the Skull is usually larger in width than the lower half of the face with the widest point being above and to the rear of the ear.
- Lowest point of the bags under the eyes usually fall toward the outer side of the eye.
- lips a bit thicker.
His eyes also sorta make him look angry :P Try to sculpt him looking a bit cheerful as I think adding a bit of his personality will help sell the likeness.
Hope it helps!
Finished the ears... Theyre actually a little higher on him in real life, although it didn't look natural at this time without his hair! Might move them up later on
