Blizzard art contest ONLY for U.S. / Canada?

I'm trying to make sure I understand this right... is the competition only eligible for U.S. / Canada students?
I have this huge smile on my face (happy and sad and bitter etc.
) right now, as I've been working on this quite a lot. I've only just read what I have asked above ... aaand I'm a student in the U.K. .
So.. should I forget about entering?

Yes, it does make sense. The fault is mine, as I only read the brief introduction of the contest. It is clearly stated in the rules. I'm going to have a massive dinner now, as I`m still a bit shell shocked
