Animated Glow (Constant Moving)

Hello guys,
I've just asked this on the crydev.net forums, but it seems that people can't help or won't help me with this.. Sadly not even some cry-people helped me out with this.. So I want to try my luck here..
In the hope some1 could help me with this.

Would be nice if some1 has a solution for this.
Short:
Most Oscillator settings work, except the ones above "no Movement" so the repeating stuff like constant moving. When I use "normal" values the animation is gone. I will try this on other models to test if this is a failure of my imported model or an error of the engine and can be replicated on other objects.. But for now the constant moving part won't work, and I can't create a cool looking glow effect line thingy.. sadly
