MUDBOX ERROR HELP :(

I've installed AutoDesk Mudbox 2013 on a Dell computer and it refuses to launch, my computer just freezes. I've been searching everywhere and not finding a solution I've tried versions 2011 and 2012 with the same result.

Anybody had this problem before?

Do you receive any error messages?

Check the task manager, is there something showing mudbox running at all?

Try running in as Administrator?

If your computer freezes, check drivers. Any other problems in other programs?

try going to your documents folder and seeing if there's a Mudbox folder there. If there is, you can delete it or rename it, or go into it and remove/rename any existing folders for the Mudbox version you have.
This will make Mudbox create a new set of preferences on bootup.
