"Portfolio?" Applying for university

Hello!
I'm about to finish my last year at Senior High School (IT Engineering) or whatever the equivalent of my grade is named. Now, i've been working within the concept of what a 3D Artist is doing on my spare time, and i would love nothing more than continue working with it after graduating from a university that provides the students with a good chance of getting a job within the game industry. The university is located in Stockholm, Sweden and recommend those who have a background in 3D Design to present a portfolio when applying. So aside from my short story here is my question.
Can anybody recommend a good site that provides nice templates for portfolios?
