Background:
-I have seen tutorials on how to use Unreal(make terrain/texture).
-I have seen tutorials on modeling(unique/modular) props and foilage.
-I have seen tutorials on props texturing...
To the Point:
-Though I can model and texture, Still I dont feel confident enough to make full environment set where every props matches and make it awesome like what other environment artist does.
So, Is there any links or paid/unpaid tutorials on making full environment set ?(not just parts like rocks, foliage) Please do share if you have or know any ..

check the polycount wiki, which you probably have done already... it's the link to the left of the forum link....
if you feel like you know how to do what's in the video listed, then you just have to start walking the walk and believe in yourself. Make some work and play with the lighting...
I watched the video, and 1 thing I realized is.. I could follow other artist post[obvious but missed], not always tutorials are needed, I mean the way they do is a tutorial by itself.. I have been checking most the UDK environment posts like Adams,Darkrusader and others... Have been a great help and my confidence level is growing up as I keep working on them.
