Greetings all!

I have been taking some time to practice hand painting textures and making tileable textures out of them. Here's two textures I have done recently, I will be doing a rock texture next to keep practicing my hand painting techniques.

The wood texture is a combo of zbrush and photoshop picked up from Jeff Parrotts amazing treasure chest series!

Critiques are welcome! Would love to hear from you all.

When I am done with the textures I will be making foliage using various methods but they will all be hand painted.

You've quite obviously copied and pasted some of those wooden board bits around, which is a waste of texture space since it uses a large space, but still shows repetition. Shapes look quite nice though.

You could do with a lot more color variation.
